The Homeowners Association
Turnberry On the New Course at Indianwood Homeowners Association administers the community’s common elements, finances and rules. Every owner is a member. The Association is governed by its Articles of Incorporation, its recorded Master Deed and amendments, and its Bylaws, all available to homeowners in the Homeowner Portal.
How the Board works
- A five-member Board of Directors, elected by the owners
- Board meetings at least twice each year
- An annual meeting of homeowners, with written notice 10 to 60 days ahead
- Meetings conducted under Robert’s Rules of Order
