Buying a home in Turnberry
- Review the governing documents. Every owner is a member of the Association and bound by the Master Deed, Bylaws and Rules. Buyers, agents and lenders can request copies from the Board at hoaboard@turnberrylakeorion.com.
- Ask about assessments. Association assessments are payable monthly. For the current amount, contact the management company.
- Request a statement of unpaid assessments. Request it in writing with a copy of the purchase agreement at least 5 days before closing (Bylaws Art. II §11).
- Planning changes after you buy? Exterior work, fences, pools and landscaping need written approval first. See Architectural Review.
