The homeowner login is not yet active
The Board is setting up a secure portal for Turnberry owners. When it opens, each lot will have logins for up to two owners, with access to meeting minutes, financials, governing documents and Association forms.
What to expect
- The Board will email each owner of record an invitation to set up a login.
- On first login, you will be asked to confirm your contact information and whether you agree to receive Association notices by email.
- You can then view Association records and complete forms online.
Until the portal opens, owners may request copies of governing documents, approved minutes and forms from the Board at hoaboard@turnberrylakeorion.com.

Designated Voter Representative (DVR) Form
Each lot names one Designated Voter Representative to cast the lot’s vote at meetings of the Association. Please complete the form online, or request a paper copy from the Board at hoaboard@turnberrylakeorion.com.
